Night Porch

I was at a party but for a few quiet moments I wasn't a part of the party. Warmth and conversation swirled around the dessert table spilling out through open doors in the glow of soft yellow light. For just a while I lingered on the night porch, enjoying its inviting solitude and the September evening.

If that is not the most inviting porch I think I've ever seen then I do not know what is! That is simply beautiful. What an inspiration for what a porch can be. Your photography is beautiful; I feel I can almost hear the crickets!
Thanks for sharing!

You always inspire me to notice how the daylight plays on objects in a room! I can just imagine you being drawn to this porch with it's yellow glow. :)

That porch is lucky the entire party didn't slip out there. What an inviting area!

A cup of coffee - my husband - what more could that porch want! I am totally inspired to get my porch back into an inviting haven. Thanks for the photo!
