Bliss for Tukes... lollipop licks before seven o'clock this morning.
Bliss for me... a surprise trip to New York. {More on that coming soon}.
Bliss for one mod family... reunited at home once again, despite the kitchen being infested with ants!
I've been out of pocket for a few days. {Sorry comment moderation has been so slow}.
I'm busy picking up the pieces on the home front now... and killing ants.
I'll be back soon... after unpacking and laundry, assembling teacher gift baskets, and beating the ants.
See you soon!

what a gorgeous lollipop! My kids have been so excited about Advent - could it be the chocolate filled advent calendar that we do every morning after breakfast?! I figure they have ALL MORNING to burn off the sugar. . .
Welcome back! A surprise trip...how wonderful!
You have ants...we have mice. ugh.
I remember that feeling of licking those big lollipops...I was always mesmerized by their swirls and sheer size! :)
I can't wait to hear all the details!
Love the photo.
So glad you are home safe! Can't wait to hear all about it!
Can't wait to here about your trip.
Lollipops like that were always the most magical thing I could imagine as a child.
Now who doesn't like lollipops in the morning? And New York at Christmas time??? Sigh. Sounds utterly wonderful. (Can't wait to hear about it!)
And. Ants. Ugh! Ants and moths are such despised houseguests.
Have oodles of fun on your trip!
Did you happen to get the lollipop at Dylan's Candy Bar? Such a fun place in NYC. I had forgotten about it. I can just taste that lollipop. So glad you had a great trip! I am so excited to hear about it!!! So sorry about the ants! ugghh. Kelly

My family is on Ellis Island right now--they started at 3 a.m. window-gazing (truly, the city never sleeps) and are working their way up the coast to me!
