A visit to the pet store and the bookstore, a stack of library books on the couch, and a mid-afternoon tea party... despite the disappointment of no snow we still had a fun and cozy "snow day"!

This week brought us 8 inches of snow, wind chills of -30...and NO snow day. Glad that you made the most of some extra time with the little ones. Who are looking extra darling.

Oh, that is funny. We had snow all day yesterday and all night and only got a 2 hour delay from it! :) Glad you got to have a fun day afterall. Were the boys hoping for snow?
I know they enjoyed the day, even without snow. I must admit, I'm feeling a bit tired of the low temperatures - coziness is wearying without contrast!
We had a snowless snow day here too!
I am cracking up that school gets cancels at the 'threat' of snow! What a riot!
