Washing Fresh

She's a hardworking old gal, she's faithful and reliable, and she never complains. But, let's face it, from time to time she starts to smell like an overlooked dirty, wet sock. Thankfully, it doesn't take much to freshen her up. Run a clothes-free, cold water cycle carefully adding 1 cup of vinegar or bleach through the chlorine bleach dispenser. There now, isn't that better?! Everyone is happier.

Well done! I love it when things that were once nasty that become all shiny and pretty.

great photo and a great tip I didn't know. Mine actually has been whining a little bit lately. :) literally . . . I think it's a belt or something. Kelly

I must have a terrible nose - I don't think mine smells. I should get my daughter to sniff - she has a very picky nose.
But I do have to wipe a lot of dusty gunk out of the crevices in under the lid. ewwwww.
