A Place of Grace

Even Moses... this man who spoke intimately with the Lord, this man who was chosen to lead... became discouraged and tired and ready to quit. And, he questioned God's favor, begged for His presence, and asked that he might know His ways.

The Lord answered, “There is a place near me where you may stand on a rock." And He caused all of His goodness and glory to pass in front of a weak and broken man while proclaiming His own name.
See Exodus 33:12-21.

Because of Jesus I too have a place near Him where I may stand on a rock. And this is grace.

Oh beautiful, wonderful truth! Thank you, friend. This ministers to me today. He is Comforter, Provider, Sustainer, and our Champion...whose glory is beyond what we can imagine or able to withstand.

Christian- I screwed up on the code for the button. I'm sorry. I changed the code on my post; it's correct now. Sorry for the inconvenience! I think I was too tired!!

Thank you. For this moment today, I look upon that moon in the blue sky, and I stand upon the Rock. And now, I am ready to do laundry. =)

Love this. And I love that you and Beth both wrote about Moses! I'm compelled now to go read through his story again when I get the chance...
