Color in the Corner



It seems I have very little to say these days. Life has been full lately... so very full. With all the living and thinking and feeling and deciding that we've been doing recently I'm in a rather numb state, which is true to form for this classic introvert. It's time to quietly recharge.

I was scheduled to have minor leg surgery today, but it seems the recovery requires a bit more than we first anticipated. Immobile for four days and no driving... yes, we postponed it. This weekend I'll enjoy the freedom of being on my feet... and finding some quiet moments to sit in my favorite, colorful corner.

I hope you do the same.

--I feel the same way! Glad to know I'm not the only one :) And it is not over for me, yet...

Oh, my dear. Life is so very full these days ... even without leg surgery! I will be in prayer for you. Prayer for recovery, rest ... and plenty of spots of color in your days.
